The Park Vista A Doubletree Hotel Guest Reviews
a much needed getaway turned into a plan to return again in spring. The location was great, close enough to everything but quiet and very private. the trolley made the trip that much more enjoyable, no parking issues since we could ride it almost anywhere we might have needed. The rooms was huge, clean and very comfortable. We will be back.

Everything was so wonderful at this hotel! The hotel staff was very friendly and efficient. Check in was quick and easy and included warm chocolate chip cookies that were so delicious. The room was so nice and the Bed was delightful. We had a beautiful mountain view that I would never get enough of. Kudo's to the Park Vista!! I will stay here again next year when I visit Gatlinburg!

We stayed at Park Vista for 3 nights. The room was smelly, the carpet was very dirty/stained,the windows were so old that you could hear the wind howling, the air conditioning/heating unit made really big noise! The bathroom was really small. Their alarm system was activated for no reason in the middle of the night, several times and they never apologized. We had much higher expectations. The food at the restaurant was good, the wine bad. The trolley service to and from the hotel worked out nicely since parking can be challenging in Gatlinburg. The good part was the pool. We would not stay here again.

There were no bad rooms/ views at this hotel. If fall leaves are what you want, you will get them and more. It also takes you a little way out of the madness downtown with a shuttle that will take you to it. Staff and amenities are great.

I have booked 2 rooms at this hotel in advance as my brother was coming from Houston and seeing it in top 9 of the hotels in trip advisor. On the day of my reservation I called them 2 times to make sure my accomodation was all set. The management assured me that I have 2 adjacent rooms on the second floor of the building. However when we arrived at the hotel after driving for 5 hours from Nashville airport, the hotel management blindly said that they do not have any rooms available. We requested that we have small kids in our group, but the hotel management were unapologetic. After repeated requests they gave us one of the worst and pathetc hotels in Gatlinburg called Brookside. I have picture proofs of this hotel with bed bugs and staine yellowish toilets and could not sleep the enitre night. They have the worst hotel management and request eveybody not to book at this hotel. They have ruined my enitre trip even though I planned months ahead.
