The Palace Downtown Dubai Guest Reviews (3)
This is our second stay at the Palace and my wife and I have enjoyed each time. The rooms are well appointed, and the general facilities like the pool, spa and restaurants mean the hotel is more than just a business orientated property. The location is walking distance to the Dubai Mall so you are surrounded by eating, shopping and day spas. What really makes the hotel great to stay at is the excellent staff. There is a great atmosphere in the hotel as all staff look to make your stay a pleasant one. I would highly recommend the hotel and would stay there again the next time we are in Dubai.

This is a beautiful hotel with a fantastic view overlooking the Burj Khalifa. Service was great and an outside table at the Thiptara restaurant was ideal to watch the splendour of the Dubai Fountains. Our room was huge (a diplomatic suite - 105sqm) and very comfortable. The hotel is close to the Dubai mall with its upmarket shops. While the pool and the sunbeds were luxurious, the pool area is quite small and there aren't that many sunbeds. If you want to sunbathe every day until teatime you would be better off at one of the resort hotels like the Atlantis or Westin Mina Seyahi. However if you are looking for luxury where you can do a bit of sightseeing, shopping and sunbathing this is an ideal hotel for you. We would definitely go back.

The hotel was very nice. They put us in the wrong room on the first night, but happily transferred us to the right one the next day. The staff were very friendly. Located right next to Dubai Mall.
