I found the service very slow and the desk staff unhelpful

This hotel sets it's self up to be a top 5star hotel which it is not. It also claims to be Eco Friendly which it is not! The hotel is dated and I had to complain about some unpleasant stains on the furniture. The bathroom is a kick back from the 80's and the bedroom furniture not much better. This is convenient to the airport but very expensive for the quality of room. It needs a refurb.

Quite impressive especially the lobby. Food was excellent. Rooms were clean and a good selection of satellite tv channels. Only complaint if any is that the staff were overly courteous as they would ask whether you would need laundry/turn down service. I should have put on the do not disturb sign. However the hotels passion for eco friendliness should be commended as they use eco friendly materials in the constructions and recycle almost everything. I will stay here again.

Good value for money and very convenient location. Hotel is starting to look a bit jaded and needs an overhaul. However rooms are clean and service was excellent.
