Bedroom cold due to fault in wing of hotel. Staff were aware of this and should have offered alternative. Breakfast was good.

A delightful hotel where my husband and I were made welcome and found extremely comfortable. Great value for money!

The hotel receptionists and porters were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast staff were less efficient, and I had to ask for fresh cutlery at my table, then ask again for coffee and toast. The breakfast room was very busy, but staff seemed more interested in clearing away the breakfast settings.
