The New County Hotel Gloucester Guest Reviews
The hotel is currently undergoing alterations, but the room was very clean and well equipped for the price charged. Breakfast was excellent and served early for me as I had to leave before the normal breakfast time. Staff were friendly and obliging.

Needs refurbishing, very 80's. Friendly staff, good breakfast - loved the thick fluffy white towels which I wouldn't have expected in a hotel of this standard - they were a lovely surprise. Great location for the centre of Gloucester with NCP car park just around the corner which the hotel paid for.

We had a lovely stay at the new county excellent location but could do with a little sprucing up as looking a little tired,but great value for money.

Friendly and helpful staff. Decor a bit tired but room well-laid out and a decent size. Gloucester a bit noisy at night; screams, glass breaking, alarms.
