The Mosaic Hotel Beverly Hills Guest Reviews
I have previously stayed at the hotel on a number of occasions and have had fellow directors and management stay there as well. Recently I stayed there for one night and then returned two days later after spending the weekend away. I was with 2 other people. On our return we were given 3 significantly inferior rooms and rooms below the grade booked. Our complaints were met with the most extraordinary level of discourteous -service I have experienced from a hotel. There were supposedly no available rooms - the hotel was fully booked - then there were superior rooms available, but only at a $50 surcharge. Somehow after threatening to pull all of our business 3 of the rooms we originally booked, suddenly materialized. Checking with a number of the online booking agencies, indicated that there were available rooms at our rate at that the hotel was not fully booked. Checking with cleaning staff the next morning verified that there were a number of available rooms. So the claim by the 2 very unhelpful reception staff was not supported by fact.

I was there for work/pleasure. Hotel was walking distance to shopping for wife and on a safe quite street. Hotel was very clean but AC was very loud at night. For the price/location, it was very competitive although I got surprised by a $30/day parking charge in the hotel parking garage with significantly undersized spaces.

Lovely hotel clean central. As it is botique I recommend booking tours at larger hotels down the road they have a wider range I recommend the mosaic a great stay
