hotel is fantastic, staff really helpful, and it is a fantastic location - only 50 yard walk to the Barbican

My partner and I stayed here for one night when invited to a friends birthday near by. Since we don't get away a lot on our own (kid free!) we decided to treat ourselves and certainly weren't disappointed. The staff were extremely professional and the hotel immaculate. We certainly recommend the club rooms which were big and luxurious and with free access to the club lounge you can't go wrong. A thoroughly enjoyable stay.

For the business user, this is an excellent Hotel, centrally located between the Barbican and the City. Food was very good also, but having to go down the road to get breakfast was a bit tedious.

Just back from a two night stay. Got an upgrade to the WOW Suite. Beautiful furniture four poster bed, luxury bathroom, everything in the room you could think of from an iron to an umbrella. Staff very attentive. Location quiet enough area but still close enough for rail tube or buses. Would certainly recommend this hotel, we had a lovely time, can't wait to go back. Only one thing for improvement i thought a full breakfast was included but was extra,we got a continental but the breakfast room was very small and you had to collect your own knife forks from an ajoining room not much choice the second morning we didn't bother going for it. Saying that it wouldn't put me off booking again as everything else was so great.

This Hotel ideal for the City of London Business District as well as easy access to the rest of London. Although Suite was very good the service was below par of an hotel purporting to be of a 5 star status - for example I had to request the room was cleaned (late afternoon!!)
