Breakfast was not the best but for what you pay it's not bad

Would stay there again. Only problem with location is if you miss the car park, due to one way system. Is in centre of city but did not have a problem with noise (Friday night, room on the fourth floor).

Very busy as several conferences were going on - there was no lounge space for me to sit in the morning. Also had a very noisy room - directly opposite the lift. Everything else was good - with friendly staff

Standard double room was small with no air con and the fan provided was little use. Buffet breakfast was good, but not great - lacked variety. Only one staff on reception at checkout time! However, hotel refurbished to a high standard - very very impressed. And best value in town - couldn't find another hotel at this standard in such a good location for that price. Would definitely stay here again for that reason only. Anywhere else is just an unnecessary waste of money given the small amount of time actually in the hotel (awake that is).
