the hotel is not located in the prettiest of hong kong streets, but is conveniently close to MTR station and walking distance from Hong Kong station. great room with ample room for two. nice and comfortable and decor was lovely. good facilities in the room. what lets the hotel down is the staff. unfriendly and unapproachable....gives the impression of not being welcome. this is both the reception and the catering staff. breakfast was adequate, though had to ask over and over again for things, as most food items had run out.........on arrival, we had to endure a rather crude and intimidating up-sale of our room for a further HK$500 per night. rather felt we were being ripped off! all in all though, a comfortable and enjoyable stay, and would consider using this group of hotels again.
