Bathroom was not as clean as I expected. Very bad!

The staff was very attentive and guest services such as free internet in the business center was appreciated. The location is within a 4 minute walk to the Green Park underground station and a grocery store is across the street. Air conditioning in the summer is vital. Will be my second home while in London.

Fantastic location in the middle of London with all the modern conveniences whilst still keeping old English charms. I found all the staff very helpful and friendly and it was a real pleasure to stay there.
