Lovely spacious rooms. Very friendly staff. Great shampoos. Pity no free wifi. Near train station with good access to the tram system. Would go back.

Manhattan is just across Rotterdam Central station so very convenient, staff friendly, room quiet and moderate in size for a couple. Washroom big with both shower and bath tub. The only defect was water pressure at shower too weak. I found it so difficult to wash my hair since you couldn't reach the shower head (since it was very high and immovable). With water pressure weak to that extent, I wouldn't stay there again. We reflected this comment to front desk when we checked out and the lady told us we were NOT the first to complain about the weakness of water pressure at shower.

Very good. But not perfect. The bathroom wasn't as clean as I would have expected from any hotel let alone a 5 star.

Got a large corner room which is a better room than I actually ordered, but since it was available I was asked if I wanted to be upgraded free of charge. Perfect location in Rotterdam city center and a very good breakfast.

My only complaint is that there was not free internet access in the rooms. 5 start hotels should have that standard! They do have free computers to use, but they don't allow you to skype or download certain files. The front desk receptionist are about as great as they come. Any activity you are planning, they are willing to make sure they are open and check the times you are going to get the correct trams for you. This hotel makes it comfortable to be in a new town. Also it is Located within 1/4 mi of tons of stores and good restaurants! Remember if you park a car the parkplatz is located behind the hotel and is 18 euro for anything longer than 10 hrs. So if you stay 1 or 5 days and you don't move your car it is still only 18 euros.
