Very decent location and excellent facility, rooms are cleaned twice/day unless to turn on DnD sign. Reception are very kind, concierge are very helpful and polite. Great experience. Definitely will go back.

The staff is very friendly - which is a very rare thing in HK. Rooms are nice with comfortable soft beds. Breakfast Buffet is excellent. I would not complain thogh, if the room rates would be a bit lower ;-)

We had an amazing experience at the luxe manor hotel. We are a family with two children one is an eight month old who managed to get very sick when in hk. The staff at the hotel took me in a cab to the best hospital in Kowloon at 130am they stayed with me until I could get my daughter into a bed and from there ensured all was ok for us. They extended our stay at a very competitive rate, they sent gifts to the hospital, they we're just amazing. We will be back when next in hong kong - service is just amazing!!!

We stayed here on two occasions in one week. The staff are amazingly helpful and polite. The location is fabulous being so central to everything. We are a family of 2 adults one 6 year old and one 8 month old. The room met our requirements and although small is definitely not as small as some can be in hong kong. The only draw backs I could see are no pool, limited room service menu and no basic or quick and easy dinner restaurant. That said though the hotel is so central that getting food is as simple as walking out on the street! We will definitely stay here again when back in hong kong.

Room is small but clean. Limited choice of food for Breakfast, but the staff are friendly and helpful.
