Sound insulation between rooms not good. Good breakfast selection with great staff. Bar tables too low if you want to eat. Let themselves down a bit at reception, couldn't even provide a postage stamp or frank a letter for me due "to an agreement with Royal Mail". Such a small service that would have been so helpful. Fortunately rescued by a friendly co-guest.

A very useful "find" for staying in London, Good secure free parking and easy access to public transport. All members of staff very friendly and well trained.
