Prefect room, great access for people with disabilities. Bathroom space the best I have seen around for people in wheelchairs. Can fit two wheelchairs in bathroom with ease.Staff extremly helpful with everything. Very thoughtful. Great for a romantic weekend or longer if you can afford to stay longer. Can wheel/walk to most places in the CBD from Hotel. Excellent

Well located, but the entrance is not the easiest to locate as it's tucked away at the rear of the Southgate complex and doesn't appear to have any connection to the shopping and dining precinct. Whilst the decor is not to my taste, it's a bit flashy and overdone (and just a bit too pink) for my liking, the room was spacious, clean and well appointed. The complimentary toiletries are generous, including shaving and dental care kits. Room Service was delicious wtih a wide selection to choose from, the servings are generous and the complimentary breath mints a nice touch.

We love the Langham - visually stunning, opulant decor - especially the entrance & bar area. The rooms are becoming dated & could use a refurbishment - overpriced but the location is perfect. The staff are a joy.
