We stayed here to attend concerts at Hamer Hall. Room was fantastic, super comfortable bed and great bathroom. Love that they had bath sheets instead of your standard towels. It's the little things!! Great location for Southbank dining and minutes walking distance to Arts Centre/Hamer Hall. Trams & trains also within walking distance of hotel & city shopping nearby. Great service in Aria Bar. Would definitely return to the Langham.

The Langham staff are very professional, nothing is too much trouble. The rooms & all the ammenities are fantastic. Beds are superb - a very luxurious stay! Will definately stay again.

The Langham Hotel was our chosen destination for our Anniversary. A romantic children free night and it was amazing. From the second we pulled into the driveway we were treated like stars- the staff are so friendly yet professional. The entrance is nothing short of spectacular and our room was beautifully decorated and equiped with everything we needed. It's also located within just a short stroll of the Crown Casino and it's restaurants and entertainment. The pool area looked very inviting although we didn't have the time to use it. I would definitely recommend this hotel for a special occassion. We couldn't fault a single thing. There was even a bottle of water in the car when we collected it at the end of our stay. Just perfect, and worth every cent.

Had a two night stay which was a very pleasant experience.The location is ideal from the point of view of the attractions nearby.The staff are fabulous and the only thing to beware of is that the buffet choice in the Melba Room is expensive if you cannot or don't like shellfish.
