This is a very good hotel, superb location and facilities. A couple of points to improve though. 1) I went to the bar for a drink in the evening and was met with very loud disco music, conversation was impossible. 2) Buffet breakfast, the plates for the food were cold and the cooked breakfast became cold and unappetising very quiclky.

We stayed here over Xmas and this is the perfect location for shopping on Oxford St. It really does not get any better than that.

From beginning to end, we enjoyed a 5* experience! The hotel is visually beautiful. We came during the holidays and the decorations were stunning. The rooms, newly renovated were classic, elegant and extremely comfortable. The linens were luxurious and the service was impeccable. Turndown service every morning with slippers and water at the beside and a replenishment of fresh fruit that we enjoyed for breakfast. The business center was very convenient and well equipped. The concierge was extremely helpful in working with us to resolve our cancelled flights due to the impending stike. Finally, the location is excellent. Just a 5 minute walk from the Oxford Circus line, steps from Regent Street and Oxford Street's beautiful holiday lights and bustling shopping but just around the corner - so as to enjoy the quiet elegance of the hotel.

Perfect - we were well taken care of, made good use of the concierge, and the location was PERFECT for getting back from anywhere in the city, and walking out to all the shops.
