A great resort with some of the most friendly and efficient staff in the world. Ideal setting with super pools and also on the beach.

It's a nice hotel n very good beach view. Overall, it's a nice place to stay except for the pools/lagoons because the water is rather salty (taken from the sea and not completely reversed osmosis).

Quite a paradise. We had a lovely stay at this luxurious hideaway.Our room is just right. I loved my tea everynight served by our butler. Service is almost impeccable. Breakfast buffet varies everyday to our delight. We feasted on seafood at the Arowana restaurant one night. It was the best so far. Our stay was almost perfect except for some unknown noise above our room every morning which woke us up during our 3 day stay.The entire staff was very welcoming and friendly. Definitely coming back for another holiday in Bali.
