good location close to MIT, some bars with great beer selection around. Just a 25min walk or short metro ride to downtown. Free wifi, good breakfast and spacious rooms. The Kendall also is very clean and hotel staff very friendly and helpful. After long research it is for sure one with the best value for the money. Definitely will return on my next Boston visit!

Boyfriend and I needed a hotel for our long weekend in Boston - SO thankful we found the Kendall. It is right in the middle of MIT so its a safe, quiet neighborhood and the hotel is less than a block from the T stop which takes you right into Boston. The hotel gives you a big, FREE breakfast every morning and only charged us $10/nt for parking since we stayed 3 nights. VERY CLEAN! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

The included breakfast was tasty, with eggs, bacon, pancakes, fruit, pastry, etc. The hotel is nicely decorated with historic old-fashion photos and everything was clean and in good repair. The hotel borders MIT and is about a block or two from the redline Kendall subway stop. A free glass of wine in the rooftop lounge was a nice plus.

Wonderful hotel! Great location in cambridge close to the T. One of the funnest hotels we've stayed at in years. A real value for the price.
