These people won't let me get the room that I paid for. They oversold the rooms and refused to give me the room at bed and breakfast. Told me to take a worse room at a different facility that they happen to own or just leave. There was a convention in town (20,000 attendees) and I couldn't find a room anywhere else. So I had to take the room they provided. Called O bits and they sided with management and told me that since I decided to take a room at the worse hotel, they can't do anything about it.

I booked a room 4 months in advance. I called 3 days before my stay to confirm my reservation. I showed up to check in and... no one is at the B&B to check me in. Instead there is a sign on the door telling me to go to the cheap hotel across the street (Harborview Inn) to check in. I get there and the owner of the Harborview Inn, an Indian woman named Lila, tells me that the Italian B&B is overbooked and that I can stay in the Harborview Inn. Well, I was expecting a charming, romantic B&B, and I was given a room in a cheap hotel of the same caliber as a Motel 6. Of course, I complained, but Lila maintained that she was not responsible, knew nothing about the overbooking, and barely knows the manager of the B&B. In fact, she told me she didn't even know the B&B's manager's last name, only that his first name is Jay. I later found out that she in fact OWNs both the Harborview Inn AND the B&B! And the manager Jay is her son!!!! What a LYING B****!!! So I stayed in the crummy Harborview Inn. It's dirty. It smells like smoke. The bed is uncomfortable. It's loud. You can carry on a conversation through the walls without raising your voice. You hear the car traffic and airplanes at night. It doesn't feel secure. The door to hotel remains unlocked. There are security camera's in the lobby. And the neighboring buildings have bars on their windows. The breakfast at Harborview is horrible. It's frozen waffles, toast and orange juice from concentrate. The only saving grace is the B&B's chef Ashley. She is wonderfully kind, friendly and an excellent chef. Her breakfast is absolutely delicious!!! Moral of the story: DON'T STAY HERE!!!! They owner's are SNAKES and don't deserve your business.

we were very excited about this place but did not get to stay there because for some reason my reservation did not get recorded . We were on our way there and decided to call as we were running late, when someone answered the phone we told him that we had a reservation for the weekend and were running late . His response was that he did not have a room for us and what web site did we go on..well needless to say we did not stay there and went to the Hilton instead . My suggestion to anyone wanting to stay there is to call them yourself an not use the Internet to book.
