Went to this hotel for a birthday Spa weekend with my girfriend. We were both very impressed and she enjoyed the pampering and great service from the hotel. She had the Spa Champagne and sandwiches treatment, and what a bargain that turned out to be. Overall, we were both well looked after. I used the gymn, pool and sauna, although the room was a little warm, it was comfortable enough to make up for it. Thank you for a great stay.

We had a garden room with a huge comfortable bed, large room, patio with sunbeds and a sea view the steps from the patio lead out onto a garden walk. All in all the environment was very clean, comfortable and relaxing. We found the staff to always be very courteous and helpful. The food was on the expensive side but was nicely cooked and presented. If I have any criticism it would be that some parts of the hotel decor was looking on the tired side and Reception need to take more care with their data entry/computer systems as they seemed to have inaccurate information recorded with a few peoples billing information at both arrivals and departures, including that of our own, although errors were quickly rectified without fuss.

On arrival you had not placed the booking, even though you had taken the money from us weeks before. The wife and i were asked to wait to see if a room could be found which due to there being 2 weddings the hotel was not sure. As you can imagine i was not pleased, the weather was poor so we were left to see if they could find a room after we had traveled for 5 hours.
