The Imperial Hotel Hong Kong Guest Reviews
The room was very small and the room smells like cigar even if we requested for a non-smoking room but other than that we enjoyed our stay. The staff was very accomodating and helpful. We were given a room as soon as we arrived even if the check-in time is still at 2pm. The location was very convenient and right at the heart of the shopping malls.

Good location however would not recommend staying there. Shower in bath with raised floor & lowered ceiling made it difficult for my 6' 2" husband to shower. Room was cold, air con did not work, had to request a heater. Buffet breakfast was the worst we have ever had.

stay for 5 nights and location very good on Nathan rd and close to subway, shops and the harbour. Room with double bed was smaller than the room with 2 singles. But it was clean. Upon booking, we did not expect a lot so on arrival we were not that disappointed. Remember it's a 2.5 star hotel Overall, I would go again.

Location is excellent. (1) Airport to hotel door step via the Citybus No. A21 (2) MTR is just walking distance away (3) Very near to shopping malls such as SOGO Hotel room is acceptable and the toilet is very well maintain. Building is well kept and new. Overall, worth the money.
