fair size and clean room - the check in and check out was quick and efficient - nothing wrong

The room was very small and the room smells like cigar even if we requested for a non-smoking room but other than that we enjoyed our stay. The staff was very accomodating and helpful. We were given a room as soon as we arrived even if the check-in time is still at 2pm. The location was very convenient and right at the heart of the shopping malls.

Good location however would not recommend staying there. Shower in bath with raised floor & lowered ceiling made it difficult for my 6' 2" husband to shower. Room was cold, air con did not work, had to request a heater. Buffet breakfast was the worst we have ever had.

stay for 5 nights and location very good on Nathan rd and close to subway, shops and the harbour. Room with double bed was smaller than the room with 2 singles. But it was clean. Upon booking, we did not expect a lot so on arrival we were not that disappointed. Remember it's a 2.5 star hotel Overall, I would go again.

Location is excellent. (1) Airport to hotel door step via the Citybus No. A21 (2) MTR is just walking distance away (3) Very near to shopping malls such as SOGO Hotel room is acceptable and the toilet is very well maintain. Building is well kept and new. Overall, worth the money.

I stay again at Imperial this time, very good location. Room is not big, but it does not matter much as I spent most of the time on the shopping street.

Is it a hotel were I would take my wife and kids , no. Perfect for me as a single traveller going to China for business . Perfect spot , close to Start ferry , MTR , right on Nathan Road in the thick of the action. Breakfasts a bit average but hey there are about 4 maccas with in easy walking distance if you choose. Irish pub next door nice for a cold one as well

the location of the hotel is very convenient since it is in the heart of Tsimshatsui. the staff were cordial and helpful but the rooms and the toilet a tad small and the beds are so hard it was hard to sleep on. but given the rates, we didnt expect a luxurious stay.

Pretty good for the price. Bed, A/C and inroom safe was good! Would stay here again. Awesome location. helpful staff. Cross the street to MTR. Go next door to Chung King Mansion for cash exchange, the further in you walk the better the rate gets! 5 minute walk to the Avenue of Stars and 15 min walk to Macau ferry wharf! Corridors smelts weird and there are only 2 lifts. rooms are average and if your the type that likes to spend all day in the hotel then its not the right hotel for you! but your in HK go shopping and eat weird sh*t. don't ask what it is just point at what the locals eat and try it! i love all the food we ate! If your looking for a budget hotel, with good beds and great location this ones pretty good! Catch bus 21a from airport get off stop 14 (middle road) 2 minute walk from there!

I would not recommend this hotel again nor even stay here again. Unfriendly staff, stayed in a room with no window. For the price paid, there are lots of other better value hotels in the area of TST. Staff also not helpful nor friendly at all.

Location is excellent. Service is good. Beddings smells good and the room is newly renovated and clean. But our room was quite small. Internet broad band not free. You have to pay HK$120 a day.
