Stayed mid week for an overnight stay - hotel was OK but an hour & half wait for room service with 3 calls to check on my simple meals status is not a good look

The staff were courteous and friendly, the room was great, valet parking good, really lovely hotel. Good mini bar.

Loved the history of the Windsor Hotel. Guests staying there must ensure they take a walk down the historic stair case as well as walking past the suites where Sir Robert Menzies and the Duke of Windor stayed.
