Having stayed during a large aftershock from the earthquake, I couldn't have felt more safe. The staff are fantastic and the hotel is just lovely, large clean rooms, I stay here whenever I'm in Christchurch, which is usually once a year.

Found this hotel excellent and very central but at the moment do not know if it will be still functional. Glad we experienced before the earthquake.

Fab hotel, with fab facilities, really friendly and helpful staff. location is the best, everything in walking distance. Only complaint is the room was very hot despite having air conditioning. The air con in the corridors was really good but once in the room it was very hot and stuffy, despite air con on coldest setting. Also the windows would not stay open so we had to prop them open with a cushion!! But I would def stay agian it was really good hotel. We were in a deluxe triple room.

fantastic hotel ,great comfortable bed excellent service great shower friendly staff.I would stay here again anytime,only downside small tv in my room I REALLY ENJOYED MY STAY THANK YOU HERITAGE HOTEL FROM CHRIS ROOM 303
