Great location. Good variety for buffet breakfast. Good beds and comfortable room but could do with a little refurbishing. Has 2 fantastic pools.

I call the hotel to confirm my booking, the first staff who answer my call said she didnt know anything and transfer the call to reservation department. A girl who answer my call straight away said that she didnt received any email from RatesTo Go and I suspect that she didnt bother to check her inbox. When I explained that I just confirmed with RatesToGo customer service regarding my booking before calling the hotel, then she said( without feeling any guilt) yeah she received the email and she said" so what you want me to do?". This kind of staff's should not be working in service industry.

A good getaway place definitely for the whole family. The kids love the pool which is one of the better pools in Penang-"like little theme park". Making the kids happy will bring parents back here again. However should consider a better breakfast. Breakfast has all selection but bad taste. Not worth the price to pay for. Staying here on 31st counting down to 2012 makes the visit all worth while. Fireworks was just at the doorstep.

Overall it is value for money. Parking lots are limited to one basement floor unless you park at adjacent lot and get it re-imbursed from the Hotel. Hotel staffs are friendly and helpful.
