We had avery pleasant 3 night break in The Glasshouse Hotel. Conveinient to shops, bars and restaurants. Food was excellent in hotel we ate there on two evenings and the breakfast was very nice too. We would recommend it to anyone and we would probably stay again.

I found the Glass house to be exactly what it said on the web site. It was beautiful, especially at night all lit up.The rooms were spacious and very clean(our room had a cracked sink in the bathroom) but that is the only critisium.We ate in the bar area for dinner it was nice. The staff were helpful ( i have to give Lee a mention) and the breakfast was very good, overlooking the river, again staff very nice. I would recommend this hotel and i will stay here again.Thankyou for a lovely stay.

Overall I really like this hotel , we were given a room on the 6th floor and the room and views were excellent altough there is a little wear and tear on the carpets and curtains which should be looked at. We also had a bad service in the restaurant though the food itself was excellent and the matter was reseloved in an excellent way by the manager who had just taken over the running of the restaurant 2 days before. The breakfast the next morning was by far one of the best hotel breakfasts I have ever had though just one point would be a slighter better selection of pastries. I have to say I read reports about the hotel before my stay and they were quite mixed though I would very much recommend it to anyone and I look forward to staying again to see if the slight faults have been rectified.
