With excellent personalised service, excellent facilities and the central location made my stay very enjoyable and I would certainly come back to this hotel in future. The wifi though expensive had good bandwith and signal strength. The breakfast included in the tarrif was excellent and the personalised service was highly commendable. Printing service was provided by the front desk on emailing the documents. The hotel car service was expensive especially when there is good external cab service available. Karavally the specialty South Indian restaurant served mouth watering Konkan, and Kerala dishes, though expensive was well worth the money spent. The staff very professional and courteous.
