All I can say is that I really had a comfortable stay in this hotel. I was given a single bed room upon checking but then requested for a double bed. I was given a double bed room straight away. I had also left my shoe bag in the previous room and they returned it to me promptly. Overall, I'm really satisfied! Well done!

Overall a good hotel if you are looking for somewhere to stay within Mid valley. Nothing about the hotel is particularly outstanding, and so I would only recommend it based on its location.

great hotel, great locat, and for those needing a shopping fix it is located within the mid Valley shopping Mall. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would stay there again.

My usual residence in KL. Great for business people, the rooms are amazing, clean, spacious and modern. Internet is a plus and breakfast is great! In overall, awesome experience, definitely to stay again!

The Gardens Hotel was terrific for an overnight stay, the rooms were spacious, and the bathroom was large and fantastic for showers - definitely my favourite part of the stay. My largest grievance was the service I received from the hotel re in-room dining. I ordered breakfast, and they had forgotten my juice, and they took a whole hour and 5 phone calls to finally deliver 1 glass of juice up. Although they apologised and gave me some extra fruit, the excuse of "we were busy" is not what I expect from a hotel of this calibre and especially an entity in the hospitality/service industry.
