The Garden View YWCA Hotel Hong Kong Guest Reviews
Excellent central location at a very good value, Bus stop in front of hotel and bring you to Peter St Central subway station. Avoid rush hours, subways are congested and taxi at a stand still.

I stay here at least once a year while in Hong Kong. The rooms are very basic, clean, and for Hong Kong standards, quite spacious. The pillows are all very flat and need replacing, and the mattress and bed frames are in need of some maintenance. The location is not that great as it is at the start of a one way street. To leave here you need to either catch a bus or taxi into Admiralty or Central from outside the front door, or walk across the bridge to do the same. There is a supermarket (Park'n'Shop) located next door and the meals they serve in the YWCA next door are cheap and good. The price you pay for staying here reflects the cleanliness and size of the rooms. If you want to stay somewhere quiet in HK, this is a good place to stay.

Good rooms, ressonable size though bathrooms a bit small, excellent location and friendly informative staff. restaurant on the premises but noy part of the hotel so you cannot sign meals to your room and the buffet breakfast was not very good. However, since there are numerous places in town for breakfast, that is not a problem. For the overall package, a very very reasonable price.

Maybe because I booked this hotel just few days in advance it was very expensive. Location could be better as well. Too far away from center. Very clean and simple rooms.
