Great location, Lovely reception area, Staff & Breakfast also excellent. Bedroom very small but nicely decorated and informed by other guests that other rooms were bigger etc, so be careful which room you get, try to avoid one in lower ground floor.

Once we got moved to a decent room we were very happy. The first room was very poor and would had been marked bad for the money

Old style room with very small bathroom. All was clean, but outdated.

Perfect location - just a short walk from the underground and then just one line to get you to the west end.
