The Founders is located on Indian River Road, next to Regent University. The hotel is just a short distance from the Virginia Beach Farmers' Market, Pembroke and Lynnhaven Malls and the Virginia Beach Resort Area.

Great hotel! Close to Virginia beach and all that the area has to offer.

Expansive property with loads of amenities, even extending to complimentary fireside milk and cookies. And the best fitness center of any hotel I've ever stayed at, including plenty of free weights. Gracious staff.

The room was quaint and clean. Slept good due to a comfortable bed. We stayed in the off season and it was nice and quiet. Wanted to use their hot tub but it was out of service. Overall it was a pleasant stay. We would stay again.

They seemed to have a few problems locating our reservation, but were able to accommodate us. Very pleasant staff.
