The good: Great location, quiet neighborhood and an awesome beach just steps out of your room. Attitude from the hotel staff was great, they really strive to make you feel at home. The bad: The AC unit could only barely make the room cooler, called the front desk and they sent a technician but it made no difference.

Pools and beach are excellent. Be sure to get a recently renovated room, some are really old with small bathrooms.

Excelent hotel, I've Stayed in other Acapulco hotels and this is an excelent option, the staff are great and helpfull. Great experience.
