The Hotel is well situated for both the West End and Knightsbridge shopping areas, along with it's Pubs and Restaurants. Staff were very helpful and friendly and overall the Hotel has a nice atmosphere. Room are adequate reflecting their price range, but i think they should have a fridge with at least bottled water in.Would stay there again.

Nice hotel in a good area. Clean and charming room, although very small. The receptionist did surprisingly not know hot to get to Gatwick airport, but found out eventually although it took lonk time because she was answering the phone while serving me.
