I felt pampered. It's a really classy, elegant hotel. The decor is beautiful. Great price too.

Only stayed here one night but our stay was nice. The hotel is a beautiful Austin landmark with lots of great history. Great downtown location. We did have a load noise interrup our sleep early in the morning but the manager seemed genuinely concerned about correcting the problem.

The hotel is amazing and the location is perfect to enjoy the fun of 6th St in Austin. The hotel staff were all great and I will be back as a regular each visit to Austin.

Lot's of attempts at providing very good service but answer the phone by staff (front desk, restaurant, and consiere) was not good. Wanted to eat breakfast there and late checkout was not available on a Sunday, when hotel is emptying out.
