Helpful staff, clean and tidy room. Bathroom very small as was the bed. Great location 10 minutes walk from everything.

Reception staff were first point of contact and very pleasant and helpful. The room was very clean and adequate for our brief overnight stay. I would definately use this hotel again. It is ideally located for travel to any of the Liverpool attractions, Well pleased

The hotel had a bar, restaurant, vending machine and free wifi. The bar, restaurant looked out over water and the sunset was nice. The continental breakfast looked good but I was in a hurry so I had to tear myself away. The room was a double, but there was infact a kind of bunk bed with a double below and a single above. I found this strange, but for the money I didn't mind. For a long stay the room would have been too small. And the shower curtain was a little smelly. but for a night or two it's bearable.

Very clean and comfortable hotel, bathroom is small but clean and adequate for short break. staff very friendly and helpful , a bonus was we arrived early and were allowed to check in before 2pm which has never happened at other hotels! parking is safe and free another bonus. had an excellent and well priced evening meal there , restaurant has lovely views over the water. only drawback was disturbed late at night with some guests returning.

Stayed there over ten years ago and remembered good location and parking, basic but clean and friendly. When looking for a hotel in Liverpool centre found that this was half the priceof anywhere else and although the others were no doubt a bit more upmarket, thats no good if there is nowhere to park you car. Only stayed for one night, but found it to be exactly as I left it many years ago.

Long weekend away to see sights of Liverpool, including Beatles, Cathedrals and Mersey Ferry. Dolby Hotel a reasonable walk from Albert Dock - a good place to start tours.

The staff at this hotel are fantastic, very friendly and helpful. We got great value for money over the four nights we stayed (Thursday-Monday). The room was perfect for what we needed it for (a place to sleep after long days shopping/nights out). The hotel has a restaurant and bar but we found it better value in the city centre. Our room looked out on Queens Dock/River Mersey which was a nice bonus.

This is the ideal hotel for a short getaway/business trip/solo person trip. Basic hotel which is all you need when you are out all day but with the amenities to make it comfortable. Great heating in the rooms for these winter nights Great bathroom amenities and complimetary products. Tea making facilities in the rooms, satellite television and wifi(important) All the staff were friendly and helpful at all times.Good value for money

The bedroom was rather cramped, but that is nothing compared to the bathroom, I have seen bigger in a caravan. We were on the ground floor and it was rather noisy also they were decorating some of the rooms from early in the morning. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Excellent friendly staff, ideal situation for getting about not too far from shopping centre. Room is basic and okay for a short stay. Good value bar and restaurant. Only downside is the bathrooms are very small. Worth a try.

Excellent Hotel and really easy to find. I was a bit concerned at first as the receptionist could not find my booking however - she asked a colleague who sorted it out. The hotel is close enough to everything but far enough away for it to be quiet and peaceful. There is a casino being built next door and enough restaurants etc nearby if you don't want to eat in the hotel restaurant. Food is good and very reasonably priced. All the staff were lovely polite and very helpful. Some rooms overlook the Queens Dock and this is very pleasant. Only 10 minutes walk to the Albert Dock and Liverpool 1.

We had a nice room with a nice view of the harbour. Would have been an all right stay but for the noisy guests at the end of the hall and the smell of smoke throughout the floor we were staying on. The staff were lovely, very approachable and helpful. The lack of quiet ruined it for me though.
