Staff extremely helpful and friendly. Great location, very handy for the tube - right next door. This is our 4th year in a row we have stayed here - always see a couple of shows and do the sales on Oxford Street. Highly recommended.

Great room, and a lovely breakfast. Best of all, the staff upgraded us to an executive room free of charge on the day of our arrival. Really helped us kick off our trip in style.
