The hotel would have been nice in its day, but as for now the paint is peeling off the furniture and the fittings are all tarnished. The spa in the room was great. Although not worth paying $225.00.

We got a good rate as it was off season and even offered an up graded room. The manager V... was very very helpful and tried to make our stay as pleasurable as possible. When going to Taupo we will alway try to stay there. Wonderfull service and accomadation.

Can't say enough about the service. It was a pleasure staying there. The staff go out of their way to help and go beyond the call of duty to satisfy their customers. A++++
