The customer service was excellent - this hotel has recently been bought over and is in line for a refurbishment which will make it even more worth a visit. Really enjoyed my stay.

This is not a hotel we would recommend to anyone. It was cold, with very basic and rundown facilities, a greasy cooked breakfast and a location which is not really in Edinburgh at all as Dalkeith is a 25 minute drive away! The worst hotel we stayed in overall on a recent 5 week trip in Europe!

Bathroom light constantly filckering also shower unit not fixed to wall made bathroom unusable. Staff friendly and efficient.
