The room I was in initially was awful, It stank of cigarettes and I could not stay there. once I complained a new wing was suddenly reveiled where the rooms were smoke free and much nicer. I have based my review on the awful room I had to begin with and which tainted my experience of Hamilton.

I got value for my money and the staff were very very helpful. Room and bed were gr8. tv was very crackly not good reception.. Car park was safe and secure a real bonus...
