We reserved 4 nights in this hotel. They upgrade the small room I reserved to a large room with good window view and extra home appliances without any charge. The room is super clean and comfortable. The staff are really nice! Highly recommend!

Nice Hotel but pretty basic. Liked the location

Location is great as it is a few blocks from Ocean Drive and a few blocks from Promenade. The Clay Hotel has free wireless, although a bit slow, and it works well. Most of staff behind counter were nice and helpful. It would be great if they clean the rooms just a bit better, but in the end, it is a good stay.

Some staff behind the counter were very friendly and helpful, but there were others who let the team down, and their service was below average - at times it was as if they were doing you a favour by providing expected service. It almost seemed like some staff thought they were only running a hostel, and not also a 3* hotel. On the whole though, a great hotel with spectacular location.
