The location is good, close to Mtr, restaurant and shopping center. The room is too small and cold, I caught cold while I stay. The tape of shower need to be repaired.

Located right near Ladies market and Yaumatei metro stop. Rooms small but this is often the case in Hong Kong. Staff helpful. We got two single beds when we wanted a double but otherwise staff were able to meet our requests ( e.g. A portable heater when we were cold).

Rooms are small and basic. Hotel foyer has been refurbished but that's about it. Closer to a 3 1/2 stars than a 4.

With a minute to MTR meant I was minutes away from wherever I needed to be by train, 7 eleven across street too. Staff very efficient and friendly. Very close to many markets too. This is my 3rd trip to China this year and next time in Hong Kong I will definately stay here again, Thank you.

Few of my colleagues went Hong Kong recently and recommended we stay at the Hotel for its centralised location. No doubt hotel is near to the MTR. Service at reservation counter was ok, but we were quite taken aback when the staff who carried 1 of our luggages demanded tipping. (Note: I carried the other luggage myself). I thought we paid 10% for the svc? We stayed there for 5 nights btw. Throughout the entire stay, none of the doormen held the door for us, nobody greeted us. Everyday I placed the "Do not make room" sign on my door but the chambermaids always make up my room! And eventhough they did tidy my room, I still found strands of short hair on my bedsheet. (My hair is long) My poor brother brought "souvenir" back to Singapore; his legs are scarred with bed bug bite marks. For that alone, I will not recommend this place to anyone! Lastly, things got even nastier once we checked out. We had a late flight to catch, and had wanted to laze around the lobby area for a while, but the guard told us off, saying that we are "blocking" the way of their guests. OMG, I could not tolerate that. Is this how they treat their two twin room guests who stayed there for 5 nights?!

Great hotel with great location. Nearby to shopping areas... However, disappointed that the price we pay does not include free wifi. It will be great if it comes with free wifi.

Less than a minute's walk from the MTR exit. Got a free upgrade. Room is not spacious but good enough. The interiors of the hotel looked new. Guess they've just renovated. Will stay there again if the price is the same : )

I checked in to the hotel room 1719 about 1.30am on 18 Feb 2012 and checked out around 9am in the morning after finished my business assignment. I recalled I have left some US$ in the room when I returned to Singapore. The Hotel Manager Mr. Rex has been very helpful to help me check and investigate the matter as the monies I have left in the room is belongs to my company. Two possibilities the cash can be found. 1. Under the bed when the cash dropped from my bed. 2. with the laundry when the cleaner do the routine room cleaning and 3. Hope this will not happen which my colleagues were with me suspected that the cash could be kept by the cleaner or the new guest who is now staying in the same room. I sincerely hope that the hotel management can help to investigate the matter and inform me via my email: vincent@decision-groups.com or contact me at +65 96833192 if the cash is found to be insite the room. I can reward those who found the cash I left behind and will arrange to travel to Hong Kong again to pick up the lost money. Your attention to my serious concern and help is very much appreciated. Warmest Regards, Tan Chin Choon, Vincent Mobile: +65 96833192 (Singapore)

I was given the smallest room with a temperature that was so frigid that no human could live in it. When I asked for repair, the housemaid who didn't speak English, came in and turned off the thermostat and fan as though that was the repair. I finally got a room, much better, and everything worked. They really need to work on customer service otherwise they make you feel as though you are a real bother to them. Very rude in general similar to other comments in this space. Location is great.

The room they show inthe picture is not the room you will get. They tried to give me a dingey old dirty room but I put up a fuss. So they moved us to the newly remodeled side. The bed was hard as a board, there were boogers on the door and walls, and the AC was broken. I stayed one night and checked out early for another hotel. I strongly discourage anyone from staying here. Its an old YMCA. And heres another piece of advice. When booking Hong Kong, count on spending about $300 per night and only book 5 star hotels. Otherwise your going to get a dump.
