The Cavendish London Hotel
4 out of 5

Close to public transport yet a calm and very comfortable retreat from the bustle of London.Located in an exclusive shopping street and only a short walk to the sights of Central London, Galleries, Theatres, Restaurants and Shops. Busy Lobby Bar and good restaurant. Very friendly and helpful staff.

disappointed from after checking in, had a phone call to say the room was ready returned to the hotel as we was out shopping , on return the room was not ready for both parties, we was with friends, I would of thought as we was all together and at this time it was 2:55 pm , as much as we was offered drinks at the bar ,we still had to wait until 3:30 be for we could go to are room.on going to are room finely, had to get the cleaner back in the room due to a dirty bath and hairs in it but after that it was ok. would of been easy if all the lifts was working nightmare moving a round the hotel at peak times

We had a classic room for 3 nights and it is really to small for 2 considering, moreover, the price we had to pay for this.
