This hotel was not worth it for the money sheets where not change in the 3 days we where there 350 ponnds was taken off of my card without my permisson room service took 2.5 hours and then was wrong I will not stay at this hotel again Clifford Forbes

Stayed in a standard room which was a bit weary - can't comment on the deluxe rooms. Breakfast very unorganised and limited fare on offer - certainly not 4-star standard. Because of its city centre location parking is a hit-or-miss affair in the small car park behind the hotel. Check-in was very efficient and staff always helpful. Public areas in need of refurbishment but a long weekend at Hotel Club rates was good vfm.
