I loved it. Every evening, they had live music downstairs with folks sitting and having wine. I went for a conference, and this beat staying in the conference hotel.

The staff was friendly and the location was wonderful! It was walking distance to the 16th street mall that included multiple shops and restaurants as well as a movie theater. This is my second time staying in this hotel and I would come back again!

Had to move my hotel reservation last minute, as in after check in, and the situation was resolved with the help from [...]and the Brown's Palace before I reached baggage claim. No penalty charges.
