Buffet breakfasts are always a bit hit and miss but this one was fine. Very friendly and comfortable.

Poor service. Had to change room key few times as it is not working and no phone on the floor (in the corridor) to ring and get someone up to sort out key. Had to go down to reception everytime. Parking was expensive.

Hotel very convenient for town centre. Noisy on Saturday night because of number of people enjoying adjacent leisure facilities over-looking floating harbour. Only some rooms a/c.
