A very relaxing place for a short break. Within walking distance of all the best Bristol has to offer.

Really lovely hotel; very comfortable. Only gripe is parking costs: we were there for less than 48 hours and had to fork out £40 to NCP (this includes a hotel discount) -- not really the hotel's fault, but a significant added extra to the cost of our stay

Warmly welcomed by staff on arrival, given a free complimentary upgrade to superior deluxe room, and offered discount on breakfast. Room very nice. Easy parking in NCP car park next door which is free for guests at weekends. Excellent location right on waterfront, close to bars and restaurants.

Buffet breakfasts are always a bit hit and miss but this one was fine. Very friendly and comfortable.

Poor service. Had to change room key few times as it is not working and no phone on the floor (in the corridor) to ring and get someone up to sort out key. Had to go down to reception everytime. Parking was expensive.

Hotel very convenient for town centre. Noisy on Saturday night because of number of people enjoying adjacent leisure facilities over-looking floating harbour. Only some rooms a/c.

I stay in a new floor of the hotel which was of exceptional standard, flat screen TV,the works. I have stayed in the Jurys before but the new rooms made me want to come back ASAP.

Super location by the waterfront and close to a number of bars and restaurants. Standard rooms larger than normal UK hotel. Very good buffet style breakfast. Recommend a room overlooking the water rather than the noisy road. Staff attentive and pleasant.
