All and all, we had a good time in the hotel, just the Sauna did not hav a good setup, as the mashine was not heating well as it should, a very old unit you guys have, but was fine with the rest! very happy. thank you.

Nice clean hotel. We would stay here again. Nice and close to the beach and city. Close to shops.

The staff were incredibly friendly. The room was spacious even with two extra beds & a cot. Downside, bathroom had no extractor fans, some mould and a low pointed shower head, felt like standing in front of a high pressured hose. Renovations were underway, so no Sunday lie in due to all the noise. Food in restaurant was absolutely delicious.

On arrival a couple of staff were VERY helpful and welcoming, one was definitely not. On departure, reception staff was not interested with no comment re stay or welcome to return - hardly any eye contact either. No water glasses in the room, no complimentary biscuits which is usually farily normal in Australian hotels and even motels. Room too crowded with an unnecessary single bed. TV badly located (too low) and could not be viwed from the bed - the only place of comfort from which to watch it.
