My experience at the hotel was a very smooth relaxing stay. Everything remained cleaned and the staff was very caring. Only thing I wish the hotel included was room service or a resturaunt. But I enjoyed my stay at the Blvd Hotel and Spa

The hotel staff were very helpful with directions and when we had noisy neighbours moved us immediately. We were told breakfast was included in price but actually it was not . The good thing it was inexpensive to buy and open 24 hours if you needed something. If you are looking for a pool it is ok but only a small square so you just keep swimming around and it is indoors so can be used . It felt like a big hot tub . Cannot help on the spa did not use . Overall the experience was good and very helpful staff.

There were things to see and do at the hotel and just around the corner. Very nice and comfortable!

It was terrible. When I first got there, I had booked 2 queens and they informed me they didnt have 2 queens and they would have to give me a rollaway. And I was with my 2 sons. Then the room they gave us was like it wasnt finished. It had no pictures on the wall, no soup dish in the shower, no material about the hotel, nothing. The pool was nothing like the picture on the net. I was waiting to tell them all this and they never even asked how my stay was.

Great ambiance. Didn't get to utilize the spa part, but the hotel was nice. Comfortable beds, great shower, very modern and fun!
