pros: spa and thai massage. Excellent food. Staff very helpful and friendly. Cons: must walk steep inclines to rooms.. Had lots of trouble with the electronic keys.. Annoying after a long day of traveling. no shuttle service from airport

The rooms were lovely and in good order. While the setting was superb. A bit more attention to detail with regards service would be the cherry on the cake.

expensive and wanting to make as much money out of guests as possible. eg overseas calls cost 2 pounds per minute lovely pools but quite hilly to walk about not a real hotel though. couldnt give me any info on any golf courses and wanted 4 times the price of a normal taxi for transfer to airport. i have 2 kids and the games room consisted of a pool table taxi cartel waits outside hotel and charges expensive prices if you are a couple and want to spend time relaxing by pool enjoy. if not consider other options

The view is wonderful and the rooms, the hotel and the swimming pools (3) are very nice too, beautiful style. The hotel is too big for me and if you hate being with groups of tour operator not for you, as well as if you come with 2 kids, there is no any room with 2 queen size bed, so you need 2 bedrooms.

This is the most amazing place to stay. It is our second time and we will never stay anywhere in Phuket again next time we go. The staff are so healpful and friendly. Would recommend it to anyone who wants to have the most relaxing time in beautiful surroundings.
