Located in the heart of Pokolbin in Hunter Valley Wine Country, the Thalgara Estate Hunter Valley is a small family run vineyard and winery, which is close to numerous restaurants, golf, cafes, craft and antique shops.

The accomodation and situation was fantastic. The facilities were excellant, private with a beautiful vista. It was very central to everything in the Hunter region. The hosts were very helpful and not inrusive or pushy. A suprise for us was the complimentary continental breakfast and a tri-pack sample of their own wines. this should be mentioned as its not on the itinerary. Their wines was honestly one of the best we tried in the whole region. Definetely recommend this place to others and stay again!!!!!
