We stayed at this hotel for 3 nights and totally happy with the service, room, breakfast and especially staff working there. This is the best hotel among 6 hotels in Vietnam we have stayed for a month. The location is very good and the food is so good. We love this hotel and will recommend.

High-light Thaison Palace Hotel and perhaps this is the best hotel in Hanoi. We had checked out this hotel and stayed at others hotel but finally came back Thaison Palace Hotel. Being the best among for price, nice room and staff. Great for all!

We stayed at Thaison hotel from 3rd to 6th of September 2010 and we really love this hotel. We arrived before check-in and they had our room ready in about 20 minutes. Everything mentioned on your website was true. We were able to control the air-conditioner, which was very important to us and the bathroom was large. The room was so nice, spacious and very clean. The staff was friendly, helpful and efficient, gave us a map of the city and always answered well when we asked them for directions. Breakfast was more than continental, all the products were available even at 9:30 ( breakfast is 7:00-10:30). Good location. Good value for the money. Would definitely recommend this hotel to friends and will stay at this hotel whenever in Hanoi again.

Thaison Hotel is the best deluxe hotel in Hanoi. it is really a 3 star+++ in great location. We just stayed for 2 nights and felt very satisfied. Staff was amazing- so kind and so helpful. The Thaison Hotel is located in perfect location as well. Breakfast was so good. Internet and lift were so fast.

For sure Thaison Hotel 1 is the best 3 star hotelin Hanoi. They did their great job there. Staff were so helpful and friendly. Our room was amzing- so big ( 45 sq) and very nice decor with large window. Bath-room was modern and extremely clean. We booked their trip to Halong Bay on Opera Cruising Boat ( Very deluxe boat) and Mr. [C...] gave us a big dicount. Thank you Mr.[C...] so much!
