We have lost for words to describe this hotel. Totally unexpected, though went thro' the earlier reviews with disbelief. Indeed, a hotel highly recommended. We stayed 4 nights & really hope to stay longer. Pay 2 Star price for 4 Star stay & comfort. We received more than we have paid for. Staff were very helpful, Food -v.GOOD, Room- v.clean & well worth the price, Location- Central, etc... and Very HONEST staff. One of my friends left his backpack with more than USD800.00 and check out without realizing. We were immediately informed thro' the Cab. Thaison Hotel sent a staff on bike to return the B/pack about 15 min away fr the Hotel plus packed Breakfast as it was very early in the morning @6am. We felt so indebted & wish to express our sincere appreciations to all those involved especially the staff on bike. We never belief of such good service & hospitality to happen on us. Keep it up! THAISON HOTEL...

Great Thaison Grand Hotel with excellent location inside the old quarter. Staff was very friendly and helpful with your requests and questions. Although i was put in a room on sixth floor, the staff offered to take my bag upstairs, and this hotel has a fast lift which i think will be helpful to a more older guests. Overall my stay here was comfortable as i felt the accommodation is clean, smartly managed and secured. Food for breakfast was so good and free. Free city maps, free tea/ coffee all day, free Internet as well... Great Thaison Grand Hotel.

OH! wonderfull Thaison hotel 2! We had a great time in Thaison Hotel 2- just sort time but very meaningfull. We felt we leave my home when we checked out the hotel. All staffs made us as a Familiar, they tried all thier best to take care the customer. They offered and arranged all trips for us thru Vietnam. Those were the perfect trips. Oh, i should mention about the hotel room. My room is lovely room, nice decor, presure shower,very comfy bed... Every things in Thaison hotel 2 is excellent-highly recommend Thaison hotel 2 for all travellers.

We stayed in a deluxe twin room, it was very comfortable and had obviously been recently opened. The beds were very comfortable and the bathroom facilities excellent as long as you don't want a bath as there wasn't one but a there is a great shower with good water pressure. The level of cleanliness was really good and being on the 6th floor meant that it was very quiet. I would highly recommend The Thaison Hotel 1 deluxe rooms and would stay there again without hesitation.
