Petchabun Climate
Petchabun has a hot tropical climate that has two seasons, rainy and dry. Temperatures range around 90°F (32°C) and above all year round. From the months of December through early February, the weather is dry, whereas the rainy season starts in spring and ends in summer. Although in September the rain comes back and runs through to November, visitors will most likely enjoy the dry months, because they are cold months for most other countries in the world.
Getting There & Around
Getting to Petchabun by plane will be done through Bangkok Don Muang. From the airport, there are extensive bus services as well as hired cars for reaching hotels and resorts.
There is no rail to the town; however, visitors can explore the area with buses, tuk-tuks, taxis and motorcycles.
